We have developed a 3D calibration system to address the unique touch calibration challenges of curved screens. Each factory product undergoes a 256 point touch test on a simulated surface to ensure that the linearity error from center to edge is less than 1.5%.
 

Reliability testing is equally rigorous. Every capacitive curved touch panel needs to pass more than 20 tests, including 2000 bending fatigue tests, 85 ℃ high temperature and high humidity tests, and high-altitude ball drop tests.
