Guide 1: First, look at the product positioning
Consumer electronics (mobile phones/tablets): Yellow light technology must be selected, otherwise it cannot meet the requirements of narrow borders and high touch precision
Home appliances/industrial equipment: silk screen printing is more cost-effective, such as air conditioning control panels, elevator button screens
Guide 2: Pay attention to environmental adaptability
High temperature and high humidity environment (such as car touch screen): ITO layer with yellow light technology is more resistant to aging
Outdoor equipment: Silk screen silver paste requires additional anti oxidation treatment
Guideline 3: Flexible requirements determine the process
Flexible substrate (PET/PI) can only be processed with yellow light technology, and the silk screen printing paste is prone to cracking
Both hard glass substrates are acceptable, but curved glass has a preference for yellow light
