Anti aging process of touch screen" in dust-free workshop
May 16, 2025
Entering the 100000 level dust-free workshop of Xinlilai Optoelectronics, a piece of ordinary glass is undergoing transformation. Through 18 precise processes, it will become a "long-lasting" touch screen that resists the erosion of time.
Key process nodes
Vacuum coating: ITO conductive film is deposited using magnetron sputtering technology in a vacuum environment of 5 × 10 ⁻⁴ Pa, with a film thickness uniformity error of ≤± 2%, ensuring that the resistance value fluctuation does not exceed 5% within ten years.
Low temperature curing: Optical adhesive (OCA) is slowly cured at a constant temperature of 45 ℃ for 72 hours. Compared with traditional high-temperature fast curing processes, the internal stress is reduced by 60%, eliminating the risk of delamination in the later stage.
Gradient annealing: Slowly cool down at a rate of 5 ℃ per hour in an annealing furnace to eliminate residual stresses inside the glass and improve impact resistance by 40%.
Strict quality control
Each batch of products must pass three 'extreme challenges':
1. Test continuously for 1000 hours in a high temperature and humidity chamber at 85 ℃/85% RH
2. Simulate 5 years of outdoor light exposure using a UV accelerated aging tester
3. Perform 500000 mechanical clicks at a frequency of 60 times per minute
A comparative test conducted by a certain industrial control system supplier shows that using our touch screen technology, the touch deviation is still controlled within 0.1mm after 20000 hours of continuous operation, and the lifespan is 2.3 times that of competitors.
