XLLTOUCH supplies custom PCAP touch panels and touch + LCD module solutions for equipment OEM projects. For self-service terminals, select the touch system together with the enclosure, display, controller and software.

Choose the scope of supply

  • Touch panel only: provide the matching LCD specification and mechanical drawing.
  • Touch + LCD module: specify display size, resolution, display interface, touch interface and mounting requirements.
  • Optical bonding: review the selected touch panel, display and bonding requirements before confirming feasibility.

Define the operating conditions

State whether the kiosk will operate indoors or outdoors. Provide requirements for brightness, temperature, moisture, cleaning, glove use and surface treatment. Any environmental or protection rating must be confirmed for the complete design and validated by the relevant tests.

Validate before OEM production

Check installation dimensions, cover glass, FPC routing, controller and operating system compatibility. Test the samples in your complete terminal before approving the production configuration.
