The transmittance of ordinary ITO functional sheets is usually between 85% and 90%, while high-end metal mesh functional sheets can reach over 92%. For high-resolution devices such as OLED screens, it is recommended to choose functional chips with a light transmittance of ≥ 90%.
 

2. Square resistance value - the key factor determining touch sensitivity
The lower the resistance value (unit: Ω/□), the better the conductivity and the more sensitive the touch. Generally speaking:
Smartphone: Square resistance value ≤ 100 Ω/□
Tablet/car screen: Square resistance value ≤ 200 Ω/□
Large interactive screen: Square resistance value ≤ 300 Ω/□
 

3. Durability - related to the service life of the touch screens
Bending test: The flexible functional sheet should be able to withstand more than 100000 bending cycles (R=3mm).
Environmental testing: No abnormalities were found after working for 500 hours in a high temperature and high humidity (85 ℃/85% RH) environment.
Surface hardness: The hardness of the scratch resistant functional sheet should be ≥ 3H (pencil hardness).
