How to replace the capacitive touch screen on your Tablet?

Hello everyone, I am an old customer of Xinlilai Optoelectronics. Today, I would like to share with you my experience of replacing capacitive touch screens. From being a "disabled person" to becoming a "repair expert" now, this journey has been both interesting and full of a sense of achievement!

I remember the first time I tried to replace the capacitive touch screens, I confidently opened the tool kit, only to encounter a bunch of problems:

The temperature of the hot air gun was set too high, almost burning the phone.

The cable is plugged in incorrectly, and the screen doesn't light up at all.

Too much glue has been applied, causing serious glue overflow at the edges of the screen.

After several practices, I gradually mastered the trick:

The temperature of the hot air gun is controlled at around 80 ℃, and the heating time is 1-2 minutes.

The cable should be aligned with the interface, gently inserted and locked.

The glue should be applied evenly, neither too much nor too little.

Now, I can finish a screen in almost 20 minutes, it feels very easy!
