2. Classified by installation method
From the installation method, the Projected Capacitive Touch Panel can be divided into three types: plug -in, built -in and overall type:
External touch screen
The external touch screen is directly installed in front of the display device. This touch screen is easy to install and is very suitable for temporary use.
Built -in touch screen
The built -in touch screen installs the touch detection device in the shell of the display device and the front of the appearance tube. When manufacturing the display device, the touch detection device is made on the appearance tube, so that the display device has the touch function directly.
Overall touch screen
The overall touch screen is to make the touch detection device on the display tube when manufacturing the display device, so that the display device has the touch function directly without additional installation.
3. Classified according to technical principles
Different from technical principles, the Projected Capacitive Touch Panel can be divided into five basic types: vector pressure sensing technology touch screen, resistance technology touch screen, capacitor technology touch screen, infrared technology touch screen, surface sound wave technology touch screen. Among them, vector pressure sensing technology touch screen has exited the historical stage, and the other four technologies are still widely used.
