Shenzhen Xinlilai Touch Technology Co., Ltd, as a global supply brand for touch screen manufacturers, showcased multiple touch screens and production processes at the 25th Taipei International Computer Exhibition from May 20 to 22, 2025, including AR anti glare technology, AF anti fingerprint technology, AR anti reflection technology, LCD screen water glue full lamination, OCA full lamination, and curved touch screens, attracting many professional visitors and industry buyers.

2. Exhibition highlights
(1) Surface treatment technology series
 

Anti-reflection touch screen: using magnetron sputtering coating technology to coat a layer of anti reflective film on the outer layer of ordinary glass. Touchscreens with AR surface treatment technology can not only help improve transparency, but also increase surface hardness, thereby protecting glass
 

Anti-glare touch screen: By treating the surface microstructure with chemical etching to reduce screen reflection, the smooth glass surface is transformed into a fine frosted texture. Through diffuse reflection, the interference of ambient light is dispersed, reducing specular reflection and glare, improving the visibility of the image under strong light, while maintaining high transmittance performance.
 

Anti-fingerprint touch screen: A special coating is formed on the surface of the touch screen, making it difficult for fingerprints, oil stains, etc. to adhere, and even if attached, it is easier to wipe clean. This coating is usually composed of fluorinated compounds and has hydrophobic and oleophobic properties.

(2) LCD screen Optical bonding series
 

OCA bonding with LCD screen is a technology that uses solid-state optical clear adhesive (OCA) to bond the protective glass, touch layer, and display panel. Its optical grade acrylic material has a stable refractive index (usually 1.48-1.51) and can achieve a light transmittance of over 93%. Through lamination process, it achieves high light transmittance and scratch resistance.
 

Water glue bonding with LCD screen uses liquid optical glue (LOCA), which is coated and cured by ultraviolet light. The gaps need to be filled through the dispensing process, and it has fluidity before curing. This process is complex and requires extremely high precision of the equipment.
 

(3) Curved Screen Series
Curved touch screen is a curved display screen made of flexible materials. The common types of curved surfaces are J-shaped and C-shaped. Combined with touch layer technology, it can fit the curved body design. Its curvature conforms to the human visual field, enhancing visual immersion while improving grip comfort and device aesthetics.
